I am responsible for providing high quality support to the business to achieve its strategic goals through proactive HR Business Partnering. I work closely with the Head of HR and Line Managers across the business to ensure successful delivery of all elements of the HR Value Chain.

My Duties include:

Support and effectively manage organisational change to ensure strategic business objectives are met

Support the Head of HR with the Business area short and long term workforce forecasting

Develop and steering of Employment Equity plan

Monthly HR reporting including report to EXCO, headcount and quarterly forecasting to finance

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting of vacancies, on-boarding and new employee orientation Facilitate and support performance management practices Deliver Employee Engagement Activities

Compliance Management

Facilitate learning needs analysis and ensure appropriateness of learning and development interventions to contribute towards organisational effectiveness

Act as change agent to drive cultural change in line with business strategy

Payroll input and supplier management

Manage and monitor labour relations

Establish and implement HR policies and procedures Plan, co-ordinate HR projects and programs

Registered Skills Development Facilitator for the organisation Facilitate quarterly employee engagement survey, analysis of data and present data to divisional heads.
