I am a knowledgeable, skilled professional with management experience and over twenty years’ expertise providing employment law advice and counsel, employee training and development, and HR management. I have worked with a vast array of businesses and industries.

Rather than join a law firm at once, I chose to work as in-house counsel to gain an understanding of the business aspects of management, strategic development, and administration. Once I established a business foundation, I joined a firm with clients throughout the state and country and applied those skills along with my legal training.

Employees present daily, diverse issues and adventures. HR must walk a fine line to protect the interests of the company, while advocating on behalf of employees, who are one of the company’s largest investments. Training and development of employees at all levels, is essential to establishing a healthy, productive work environment with strong retention.

I am both an independent worker with little need for supervision and work well within a team environment contributing to strategic analysis, vision, needs assessment, and negotiation. I possess and excellent written and verbal communication skills and am highly proficient in all Word programs.

Created, developed, and led the Firm’s Employment, Employee Benefits, and Immigration Team. Our Team served clients with advice and counsel and litigation needs throughout the State.
