Invoice Indexing &Processing.

IOH (Invoice on Hold) – If any discrepancy on invoice, system automatically capture it as hold for selected items.

Prepared weekly reports which was downloaded in the system and pending items will be communicated with respective PO requestor/ Buyer to release the hold and to proceed for payment within a due date.

Rework – It is called as exception queue. If a Processor found any discrepancy on the invoice copy such queries will be routed to concern PO requestor / Buyer / Client and Supplier to resolve the cases.
