●Carryout repairs to equipment during production in effectively and efficiently, either alone or as a part of team.
●Monitoring and calibration of all Instruments as per schedule with the help of external agency as per SOP.
●Monitoring the QMS system in department.
●Coordinating with projects and design department.
●Updating the Plant Layout plan with the changes made as and when required.
●Preparing the Preventive Maintenance schedule of all equipments.
●Planning of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
●Supervision of day-to-day maintenance activities.
●Preparation of management periodic assessment reports.
●Actively involved in the new project.
Technical Skills:
●AUTO CAD, CATIA, ANSYS, PRO/E, UNIGRAPHICS (NX), SOLID WORKS.
●Good knowledge about MS Office including Word, Excel & Power Point Presentation.
●Moderate command over Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Description:
Here I have worked on to run an IC Engine with the supply of hydrogen fuel blended with petrol to give better performance by increasing the mileage and decreasing the emissions released by the engine. Analysis on working conditions of the piston in engine was also performed to observe the changes with and without the use of hydrogen to observe the thermal effect of combustion.
