Fabio Perini SPA, Lucca, Italy: Assure complete oversight of all main service and supply contracts as well as asset and energy management for the Italian plants.

Manage all operations associated with budget and Capital investment (Capex) of all the companies across Italy, USA, China, and Brazil. Execute maintenance and services related matters for the Italian plants to optimise operational efficiency and reduce downtime for smooth operations. Lead the sale of the machine tool business unit.
