WHITE CITY HOSTELS: Site Administration and supervision on the demolishing of six (6) hostels, the construction of a sewer network and a water reticulation as well as paved roads.

BLOEMFONTEIN: Tempe Military Detention Barracks upgrade to a lady prison, responsible for structural and civil work. – This project was finished in time in Nov 2007.

Grootvlei Prison – Supervision on Civil Works – Sewer network for the new parole Board Room. This project was finished in time and budget.

Supervision of the Borwa Paved Road at Tweespruit. – This project was completed in Feb 2006.

NALEDI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY I was involved in the Master Planning of storm water pipes in Dewetsdorp, Wepener and Vanstadensrus.

ROCKLAND SHOPPING COMPLEX: Construction of a shopping complex in Mangaung. – Responsible for structural work and roof construction. – This project was completed in 2006

Site Administration and supervision of 448 VIP toilets in Mantsopa Local Municipality. – This project was completed in Dec 2005.

BOTSHABELO SECTION ‘T’ Site Administration and supervision on a water reticulation network in 3000 stands. – This project was completed in Nov 2005.

MANGAUNG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY Site Administration and Supervision of 1907 VIP toilets in Thaba N’chu. – This project was completed in Oct 2004

PHAMA CONSTRUCTION I was appointed as a Store man and Clerk. Duties included receiving and booking out of materials and equipment, the booking in and out of labourers (Attendance Register) as well as the supervision of workers. A variety of day to day site related administration had to be done.

A variety of construction projects was done covering most of the Civil Construction disciplines.
