My role as senior consultant was to assist in the information coordination and support documentation activities regarding Express, Inc.'s first quarter 2019 filing, including efforts regarding compliance with external requirements and the preparation of the SEC support binder, preparation of the PwC disclosure checklist, input and proof of the 10-Q via Workiva and the compilation of the related earnings release and investor deck

SEC reporting and control documentation / compliance. Sarbanes Oxley focus on policy review and testing (risk and control matrix and narratives, deficiency remediation)
