321 North Clark Street Lobby Reconstruction Chicago Illinois This very complicate project involved multi phased demolition of the building’s 24,000 sf lobby and curtain wall systems, replacement of new curtain walls, ceilings, granite floors veneered walls and modernization of elevator and fire alarm systems... Construction of an interstitial structural steel mezzanine floor and extension of the building’s lower River Walk elevations facilitated future tenant development. Extensive modifications to the building’s west plaza level entry provided ramped access from Clark Street. Close scheduling coordination with property management minimized tenant inconveniences. Comprehensive project management responsibilities included oversight and development of project staff, coordination with Client’s Construction Manager, subcontract procurement and change management.

Responsible to GLP Properties as the Owner’s representative and Construction Manager for the modernization and site improvements of an existing 475,000 sf warehouse facility. As Construction Manager procured and administered a $20,000,000 general contract agreement between GLP Properties and their General Contractor.
Chicago Hardware Warehouse Addition Franklin Park Illinois Managed the design/build construction of a 20,000 sf warehouse addition. Existing building demolition, soil remediation and phased construction in an urban and residential neighborhood presented unique scheduling challenges, which were overcome by closely coordinating subcontractors’ activities while monitoring actual “work in place” to projected. Planes & Sabatolo Warehouse Addition Aurora Illinois Procured and managed the construction of a 40,000 sf storage warehouse facility. Scheduling delays caused by the remediation of contaminated soil, discovered during excavation, were overcome by expediting critical path activities.
