Answering, screening and directing all incoming calls and taking messages.

(8-10 incoming lines) (using Nortel / Meridian) or other phone systems.

Greeting clients and visitors to the office.

Opening, date stamping, sorting and distributing incoming mails and faxes.

Kitchen duties (including loading and unloading dishwasher) and cleaning boardrooms.

Making tea/coffee (using tea/coffee machine).

Answering phones, do incoming fax, data entry using their in-house program (MTRS)

Data entry for surveys using their in-house program; HMIS – Rental Market Survey and Market Analysis / Surveys

File Clerk:

Filing (all the benefits information for their employees) and photocopying documents

Write down the Mortgage Information including clients names, class no., draw no., mortgage no. onto a sheet first, then put those mortgage documents into bags/envelopes for storage and then do data entry for those, also do faxing and filing.

Filing, make some labels for files, mail out some packages.

Administration Clerk:

Opening incoming mails and date stamp, filing, outgoing mails, courier, scanning (via photocopier) and photocopying.


Fold ‘T5’s then put ‘T5’s into envelopes, binding documents, put envelopes via postage machine.
