Responsible for creating QC, Safety plans and adhering to the EM385 for a wide variety of government projects. Taking projects from RFP to award, creating and implementing construction schedules, cost evaluations, submittals, daily reports, RFI’s and overseeing jobsite inspections thru close out documents. Holding weekly QC Production meetings with all subcontractors and reviewing on a weekly basis schedule, safety issues and potential change orders or scheduling issues that will effect maintaining our schedule and completion date. Issuing and negotiating change orders or change of scope issues with the government and very familiar with FARS government contract guidelines. QA/ QC /Construction Manager

Provide expert oversight for the entire construction activities on a jobsite from project inception to completion. Assume full responsibility in creating accurate construction schedules for government/client submission with attached costs for all future billing. Take charge of selecting and awarding subcontracts, schedule all on site construction activities and secure all on site facilities. Ensure organization of all pre-construction meetings with the government engineering agencies involved with the current project. Collaborate with the government/ client in all aspects of the project, scheduling, change orders, work inspections, billing, all submittals for equipment and products being used on the project. Administer duly assigned tasks in submitting all daily reports, safety reports and managing all quality control issues for the project. Serve as SSHO (site safety and health officer) in submitting final close out documents, as built drawings and O&M Manuals for all equipment installed on the project. Maintain participation in preconstruction site visits and putting estimates together for future projects. Efficiently assess all blueprints and specification manuals supplied by the government for all of these projects.
