Hill Land Management, Inc., Edmond, Oklahoma: 1991-2019 - Owner/President

> Put together seven 640 acre units within the City Limits of Midwest City and Oklahoma City for four years in platted subdivisions. Handled all aspects of landwork including pooling payoff.

>Put together oil and gas drilling deals, for a Limited Liability Company resulting in the drilling of six wells.

> Responsible for raising monies from industry partners.

> Ran company which did work for 22 clients in oil and gas which got wells ready to drill. Checked County Records to determine who owned tracts of land and contacted the parties to negotiate oil and gas leases and to settle surface damages for the drilling of oil wells.

> Negotiated Farmout Agreements with other parties that owned leasehold rights in areas where we were exploring.

> Provided expert witness testimony at Oklahoma Corporation Commission hearings.

> Testify to obtain City Permits to drill inside the city limits of Oklahoma City, Choctaw, Edmond and Jones.

> Managed several Trusts of oil and gas assets and negotiated oil and gas leases with parties covering all the trust's business.

> Sold exploration deals and structured Exploration Agreements and Joint Operating Agreements.

> Responsible for the drilling of approximately twenty wells per year.

> Obtained pipeline approval for pipeline right of way across federal wildlife refuge lands including working to obtain Federal approval, ordered archeological studies in sensitive areas and obtained environmental audits.

> Sold an 8,000 acre mineral package for Jefferson Pilot Financial Insurance Company.

> For the last five years I have worked as the only broker for a large horizontal drilling project for an independent oil company. The prospect covered four townships. Responsible for all aspects of getting wells ready to drill, including ownership reports, leasing, getting all of the sections

shot for drilling title opinions, curing title defects, right of way acquisition for salt water disposal wells and electric power lines. Personally leased over 37,000 net acres, kept the lease bonuses down to $400/ac. at a time when lease bonuses in the area were going for $600 to $1000 /ac. Estimated average NRI 83%. Saved the client millions on lease bonuses for the project. I did all of the leasing. I am an excellent lease buyer who gets leases when others cannot.
