●Analyzing the Glycol Sample – Rich Oil and Lean Oil to measure the moisture content of processing gas, It is important to monitor the moisture content as it will reduce the burning efficiency of gas drastically

●Monitoring the rate of Water goes along with Oil line via Auto Sampler Equipment, that will measure the ratio of Water % goes with oil in the entire day

●Monitoring H2S % in Production Risers through a simple Gastek Tube and then report the level of H2S % in Risers towards Well Head Team. If the level of H2S % rises beyond its limit, It will cause corrosive effect to the pipeline, Well Head Team will take further actions to inject chemicals to kill H2S producing bacteria in the reservoir, that will cause corrosion to pipelines

●Monitoring amount of sand particles/sediments present in the crude oil through Centrifuge Test, that works through the concept of centrifugal force and then reporting it to the supervisor

●Monitoring and Measuring the amount of Salt contents & Oxygen contents present in Injection Water through Turbidity Test, Particle Count Test and Oxygenation Test which was responsible for causing Corrosion in the pipeline and also affects reservoir’s pore space

●Open or close the injection water distribution manifold and gas lift manifold which receive treated water from the process platform and distribute it to the relevant well head platforms under the guidance of the executive engineer.

●Unloading the chemicals into chemical storage tanks for injection purpose into different vessels and adjust the chemical injection flow rate according to the requirement.

●Uses process knowledge and skills to make improvements in plant performance and Operating Discipline.
