RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:

Ensure safe and compliant warehouse operations offshore. Proactively participate in safety forums, submit safety observations and stop unsafe jobs.

Secure the warehouse at all times and restrict the access to unauthorised personnel.

Daily warehouse management: material receiving, stock tracking, scrap and waste disposal, back-loads.

Regularly review obsolete and surplus parts in the warehouse and bring to the attention of Rig Management.

Maintain material tracking files for both Drilling and Production sites.

Materials issue/return according to drilling and production maintenance plans.

Cross reference and confirm materials received offshore against the Stuffing List and report any nonconformance. Notify the relevant department about the received material and issue or locate at the offshore warehouse.

Stuffing List update, preparation and distribution of 48 hours notification of received materials.

Optimize stock levels onboard by regularly reviewing the min/max quantities on the suggested reorder lists.

Maintain and update all stock and stock control related systems.

Support deck crew to allocate the received containers on the platform.

Storing materials safely in an organized manner to ensure efficient identification and retrieval.

Maintain a clean, well organized warehouse with all materials stored in a safe manner at all time. Ensure the provision of the required housekeeping standards.

Plan warehouse set up to make the optimum use of the space and safe environment.

Be competent in handling of dangerous goods.

Ensure all hazardous and non-hazardous wastes are correctly labelled and packaged prior to the shipment onshore.

Inventory management, including routine cycle count of all inventory items and making the appropriate inventory adjustments, ensure inventory integrity as to the quantities and accurate part numbering in the warehouse.

Identification and tagging/marking of all stock items (when applicable).

Prepare and issue required warehouse inventory reports as required.

Interface with Operating Functions to identify consumables and bench stock demand.

Maintain and replenish bench stock via the existing process.

Attend the required planning and operational meetings and trainings.

Complete any other reasonable tasks as delegated by the Operating Function Maintenance Supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES:

Ensure that all instrument / electrical equipment is maintained and repaired promptly. To investigate defects and submit reports as required.

Maintain a preventative maintenance programme in accordance with Group repair and preventative maintenance procedures as directed by immediate supervisor.

Ensure that all Third Party personnel including Service Engineers comply with Group and Installation Safety Procedures.

Monitor any instrument / electrical equipment supplied by other contractors or sub-contractors to ensure that it is suitable for uses within the areas desired.

Ensure that all equipment under their control complies with statutory requirements and is maintained at all times in a safe condition or is otherwise completely withdrawn from service.

Plan maintenance and repairs so as to minimise the affect on the drilling operation and to carry out the maintenance tasks specified by the computerised maintenance system.

Report any misuse of equipment to the Senior Company Representative / Maintenance Supervisor.

Safeguard the rig tools and instruments in their care.

Ensure that an adequate supply of instrument / electrical spare parts is maintained on the installation.

Recommend and when required embody modifications to equipment or systems to enhance safety, improve rig performance or comply with statutory notices.

Carry out tasks as part of a multi-discipline maintenance team as operational requirements dictate.

Provide such information to shore based engineering personnel as may be required for the smooth operation of Group maintenance objectives.
