I found very early on that Greg was an individual who knows and understands the importance of the entire shipping and receiving process. During his tenure, we were able to upgrade and systemize our shipping and receiving methods. He was responsible for receiving and tracking our medication inventory, upgrading our method of building shipping boxes from a manual to a semi automated system, and he was ultimately responsible for the entire pharmacy’s shipping and freight costs. With any business accurate inventory tracking is a very important element of a successful business. In the pharmacy business, there is an additional importance with all the regulatory record keeping requirements.
