Position : Personal Assistant (PA) / Administrator

Duration : October 2018 – May 2019 ( Due to Business Closed)

Duties:

1. To provide efficient administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer

To manage the diaries of the CEO, COO and The Head of Research

To arrange and manage travel arrangements for Senior Management.

To prepare Board Packs for Board Meetings

To write and record minutes at Board meetings

To keep contact and liaise with Fund Holders and Donors

To conduct efficient administrative duties and answer external calls to the Centre.

To assist with the purchase of stationery for the Centre

To liaise with Centre Suppliers and Clients and Staff
