Sheet metal joining using SPR and RSW process: R&D Tata Steels, Jamshedpur 2018-19

Successfully joined and completed testing of automotive graded steels like DP590, HIF, HSLA340, HSLA 210 (about 500 samples) using Self Piercing Riveting (SPR) and Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) processes. Analyzed mechanical and metallurgical characterization of both the combinations.
