PROJECTS

Hydraulic and Surge Analysis of Pipeline network using Pipeline Studio

Description: Envisaging transient effects such as surge pressures is of high importance for a pipeline network. It involves in detailed computer modeling that attempts to simulate the complex interaction between flow line and fluid in order to ensure proficient system integrity. Mid-Stream operators normally raise concerns as to whether the pipeline system is adequately designed in order to be protected against possible surge pressures during sudden valve closure or pump trips.

Design and Fabrication of Industrial Automatic Power Saving Conveyor System

Description: The main objective of the project is to operate the conveyor system only when the tags are sensed. In order to reduce the power consumption, we use object detection sensors in material handling operations and micro-controller to provide optimal power to the motor. The biggest benefit of this automation technique is that it saves labor cost.
