I worked at switchboard for period of 7 years and I enjoy my job; even during my leave days they use to call me because I am the one who understand telephone system PABX and TMS better. I liaise with my supervisor and relevant service provider. Before I report the telephone faulty to the relevant service provider, I try on my own to avoid the cost and most of the time I make it.
