Natixis Payments: Fraud payment manager (2016-2019)

Natixis Payments oversees the payment processing for the French bank group BPCE (about 20% of the French payment market).

• Team manager (4 persons) in charge of setting the rules in the fraud detection platforms: issuer, acquirer, SEPA Payment and Instant Payment.

These platforms detect and block in real time an important part of the fraud.

• Led, organized and developed the talent of the team.

• Created reportings and dashboards.

• Optimized the payment conversion rate for some big e-merchants.

• Represented the bank in French and European fraud working groups.

• Improved fraud platform with new capabilities: machine learning implementation, PSD2, GDPR, users’ new functionalities,…

• Audited as a security expert every new payment solution (ApplePay, mobile payment, e-wallet, token, contactless, prepaid card, direct debit, credit transfer,…).

Moneo was a French Chip&PIN card wallet.

• Defined and updated Security policy.

• Planed and executed security audit for IT service providers.
