The Great Northeastern Building and Management Corporation (GNE ) I was Co - Owner and Cellular Project Manager. I started with Motorola as a Cell site Construction Inspector and quality control agent working closely with there PIM. Motorola asked that we give them bids on sites and cut down the ASP time. We where awarded ten sites to construct. I developed a bulk purchase program for HVAC standard roof top units, 200 amp electrical breaker panels, the main disconnect, generators, with auto transfer switch, serge arresters, and ansull fire suppression systems. We where awarded several with the understanding that we would improve on the ASP time frame for both types of cell installations. Our first was a typical Cell 25' x25' block and brick one story building on slab with a flat precast hollow core plank roof deck and 6' diameter by 20' in depth Mono Pole foundation, removal of all construction debris, extra fill dirt and a 6' cyclone fence.
