WORKING DETAILS:

LCD Assembly:

Take the LCD holder & check for any damage or modelling defects and show the holder blower unit to clean.

Clean the diffusion film and place it over the LCD holder. Ensure correct polarity position.

Take the LCD & pin through the holes present in the LCD holder.

Take the steel bracket & check for bend or damage; place the steel bracket over the LCD & gently insert it through the guide holes.

Now gently press the steel bracket. So that it gets closed with the LCD holder.

PCB Illumination Testing:

Fix the PCB in illumination testing jig.

Check the LCD display working status.

Check LED glowing status.

Check LCD display status-white dot, black dot, white shadow, white line, black line.

Mark the process confirmation mark on the PCB.

Place the PCB as per the standard.

Performance Testing:

Select the performance testing program.

Verify the jig and connector status.

Load the part on performance testing jig, then press the START button and performance as per the sequence.

If performance OK, label printing automatically.

Attached the label on the PCB and scan.

And to packing after finish.
