JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as Civil Engineer. Execution of works as per specification and schedule. Interaction with Client and Sub-contractors, monitoring sub-contractors schedule and updating the actual progress. Materials receiving inspection. Preparing and sending approval for the specification related materials to the client. Letter correspondence to client and the subcontractor.

Supervision civil & Structural work Such as Substation & Control Building, Heavy Equipment Foundations such as tank foundation, Compressors, vessel foundations Pipe Rack Foundations, Pipe rack foundation with concrete structure, concrete pre-cast columns and beams for pipe racks. Paving works.

Supervision of Underground facilities like Cable trenches, Duct banks etc.

Monitoring the project specific quality plan to identify areas with quality problems and take the appropriate corrective measures.

To coordinate with the Consultant for inspection of works stages according to method statement for being inspected internally to gain his approval.

Working as a Civil Supervisor/QC Inspector related to Construction and Quality

Control. Supervision of works as per specification and schedule. Interaction with Owner / Client Contractor and Sub-contractors. Reviewing QC documents and approving. Attending weekly construction and QC meetings. Monitoring Contractors schedule and the actual progress Materials inspection and approval for the same. Including QC related MS and QCP & ITP's. Monitoring the progress with respect to work schedule

Total site management responsibility for timely construction of allocated projects & activities together with approved budget containment quality and value of work QA/ QC adherence, safety and all other issues in accordance with division’s operations procedure and policy.

Ensure that all installation and construction is in accordance with project requirements and standards.

Prepare inspection request (RFI) for consultant.

Identifying quality problems, initiating documented action and verifying implementation of solution

Responsible for all construction Activities and safety issues
