Job Responsibilities

Process and Instruments Diagram (P&ID) preparation for plant setup.

Preparation of plant layout & foundations, Piping, GA, Vessel fabrication drg, Isometric drawing.

Design & Process review of each project & release the final execution chart, BOM with project P&ID.

Process support, to troubleshoot, establish root cause of process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.

Lead the planning and implementation of project.

Define project tasks.

Detail Design Engineering of turnkey projects in WTP, ETP & STPs etc. in the field of water and waste water management.

Detail Design of P&ID, LAYOUTS, VESSELS, TANKS, BOIs, and Miscellaneous items etc.

Knowledge about water treatment processes, equipment’s and trends in water and waste water.

Knowledge about detail Design engineering activities and overall coordination.

Knowledge about Engineering consultants, statutory boards and regulations.

Preparing BOQs.

Inter Disciplinary Co-ordination.

Client Consultants Co-ordination.

Develop full scale project plans.
