Responsibility Hope Foundation has many projects spread across Kolkata. I was working mainly with formal and informal education to children living in the nearby slum areas. I had the task of interacting with them and teaching them. Have made reports to the head office where it was required to submit various research articles on various legislations pertaining to Child Rights and the likes. Attended various seminars and conferences that took place, on Child and Youth Rights, and was required to produce reports. I even had to go through many policies and drafts and research on given areas.

Pareto optimality: Conditions leading to Pareto Optimality A mathematical derivation of the conditions satisfying the General Equilibrium framework, whereby one party cannot be better off without making another worse off. Carried out under the guidance of Prof Biswajit Chatterjee.

Fiscal Federalism in India

An understanding of how fiscal powers and functional responsibility can be shared between the central and the state government. Carried out under the guidance of Prof Poulami Roy.

Determining the Happiness levels of Individuals

A research on the happiness of the Indian population aged between 45 to 65 years and an attempt to understand the factors that influence the happiness level of the middle-aged group along with the relevance of income, place of residence, their psychological well-being, health, education and standard of living. Project was carried out under the guidance of Prof Sushil Kumar Haldar.
