Monitor the EPC Contractor interfacing blind process control (Red Blinds) (Unit/Area/Battery limit interfaces) as the project moves from one phase to another, in conjunction with the change of the hazard profile and the ownership of the system/area

Ensure effective implementation of the EPC Contractor PMC/ SIMOPS Permit to Work system.

Monitor effectiveness of communications to the work force through Task Instructions, Job Bulletins, Toolbox Talks, Safe Observation Cards, Safety Alerts, Lessons Learned, etc.

Acts in an advisory capacity to contractor and sub-contractor on all matters pertaining to health and safety for the guidance of the workers
