* As a Associate Lawyer I worked on a case before Constitutional Bench in Punjab and Haryana High Court where after the leak of the Haryana Judiciary Paper in 2017 the Constitutional Bench ordered fresh notification so that new applications can be invited from the candidates who graduated after 2017.*

In the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court got the Notice of Motion issued against the state of Punjab in the Matter of Ankur Sharma Vs State of Punjab where the service and NOC wasn’t issued to the petitioner. CWP -11810-2019

In the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court got the Notice of Motion issued and directions were issued to the Add .District Magistrate and also was able to get the eviction proceedings stayed for the petitioner under the Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. In the matter of Lakshvir Jindal Vs Addl. District Magistrate and others. CWP -17418-2019

In the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court got the Civil Revision disposed off in favour of the petitioner where in the order of the Lower Court was challenged and which was set aside as not in the interest of justice and the Petitioner has full right to sell the non- disputed property/ non suit property. CR- 3874-2019 ( Usha Rani Vs Sarup Singh )

In the Hon’ble State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Chandigarh got the delayed interest issued along with Builder Buyer Agreement to the Complainant and also the compensation to the Complainant for the Unfair Trade Practices on behalf of respondent. CC/617/2019 ( Sandeep Pathania vs Rasdeep and Co )

Also handled various litigation on behalf of Country Colonizers in the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.
