JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Processing Centre Supervisor is to manage the Processing Centre team. The purpose of the Processing Centre Supervisor includes acting as a support agent by providing client service as well as ensure that the quality of products is on standard. bureau

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Management

Provide strong management of the production team by stating clear objectives which support the strategic plans and business process

Ensure that the resources are aligned to meet service delivery commitments

Provide regular and accurate feedback to management regarding outstanding tasks and tasks completed

Co-ordinate of work flow between the various scanning processes e.g. preparation, scanning, indexing, QA1 and QA2

Motivate employees

Appoint relevant trainers in various fields in a timely manner

prioritize and manage various open cases

2.Client Service

Manage collections and deliveries of documents to and from clients

Adapt and adhere to client specific production requirements

Follow-up and make scheduled call backs to clients to insure satisfaction after delivering product

Swiftly respond to customer queries

Resolve and remedy customer complaints about products and services

3.Quality Assurance

Responsible for the quality of service, productivity and on-time delivery of processed volumes

Ensure that received and delivered products are aligned
