Summary of Qualifications

Over fifteen years of experience in diversified areas of Business Continuity encompassing areas of Risk Management, Plan Development, Program Management, Business Impact Analysis,

Meeting Facilitation, Risk Assessments, Exercise Development and Facilitation, Quality Assurance Plan Reviews, Creation of Exercise Documentation, Training, Customer Service and Building Relationships throughout the Company.

The experience is inclusive of both financial intuitions as well as non-profit organizations. My roles have varied from Planner, Program Manager to Business Continuity Lead. I obtained my Certified Business Professional (CBCP) in 2008.

I have experience in implementing multiple Business Continuity tools including LDRPS 10.0, The Planning Portal, and Resilience One.

During my career at Chemical Abstracts Service, my primary focus entailed implementing the Resilience One planning tool and developing a Business Continuity Program. This included gaining support and resources from each Executive.

Once Implementation was complete, I began development of the Crisis Management and Cyber Security Incident Response Plan. I also acted as the Risk Lead for management of the Risk Assessment process. The following action items were completed

My career at Huntington spanned a total of 27 years. The last nine years was focused on Enterprise Business Continuity.

The following actions were completed:

Mature the Business Continuity Program

Administrator for The Planning Portal system

Management of the Business Impact Analysis process

Partner with Business Units to develop reasonable demands on IT dependencies

Partner with IT to manage application Recovery Time Capabilities

Assist with the IT Integration Exercise

Development of the Table Top (scenario based) business recovery exercises.

Manage and track all exercise requirements.

Provide system and program support to all Business Unit Liaisons across the enterprise.

Conduct training classes on Business Continuity as well as our planning software.

Implementation of The Planning Portal system across the enterprise

Developed a user group for The Planning Portal

Successful management of the enterprise wide Business Impact Analysis, this includes process to process and process to technology mapping.

Enhancement to the training program including a rewrite of both the business continuity manual as well as the system manual. This provided value to users in order to incorporate not only system changes, but business impact analysis training and information.

Successful construction, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance Program. This program consist of interview style sessions with mission critical and highly critical business units and a review of all other existing business continuity plans for content and assurance that company standards are being applied.

Achieved the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Certification.

Obtained the Archer Certified Professional certification on version 4.5.2.
