Store Cashier Part Time.

I have worked for Circle K from **** on through about 2019. I worked 2-10 four days a week. Store I worked at is 2709881 or off of N. Academy and Briargate.

My store manager was Cody at the time.I left around march 2019 when My wife was ill. She had to be hospitalized for three weeks and then had to have round the clock help.

At the time she was released from the hospital I had to care for her 24/7 for four weeks. I tried to take a medical leave of absence at the time.

I was never told that it was denied, nor was I told I was terminated. I also did not quit,during time wife was recouperating in her third week.

I called cody too see if I could return back to work. Cody had me do another application for employment and trying to see if District Manager would ok request for me to

return to work. I was in constant contact with cody at the time and he informed me as soon as he recieved the ok he would put me back on schedule, he also said that

I would only be working 2 days untill he was able to put me back on schedule for 4 days on the shift from 2-10. I have never recieved word from Cody so as of now.

On friday I found out Cody was not with Circle K anymore. I would like to get back too work as soon as possible. I was told yesterday to put another application in.

It does not matter which store I work at but I would like to work from 2-10 again and at Sinton road store since I see that they are looking for someone to hire.
