Professional Bio

As a Recruiter at Manpower I had some great successes working for the company. I was new to the staffing industry but I have over 10 years of experience in Recruitment and 20 years in Sales. I have always worked in a heavy Metrics environment and had to meet certain goals each month. My love for being a recruiter is that I love to help people succeed and achieve their own goals.

Being new to Recruiting in Staffing, I had great success right away when I started at Manpower. Because of my early success, I was put in a special program at my employer. My target goal that was set for me by y manager was to have 40 Associates out monthly. I was able to achieve this goal by my third month. My first month, I had placed 23 Associates out to work. My second month I had placed 27 Associates out to work and by my third month I had exceeded my goal and had placed 45 Associates. I was able to maintain my set goals monthly, but I always worked on exceeding them to show greater success. With the special program I was in, my coach had given me great feedback and stated that the numbers I was holding monthly were better than others that had worked for Manpower longer than I had. This meant that I was on a great track and to continue what I was doing because I was showing great success.

At Manpower I would use our internal system which was called Direct Office to find new candidates who applied for jobs that we had open. I also have experience using Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Career Builder. Manpower also had a Face Book page that had our job postings so I would find candidates on Face Book as well. I also have over 8 years of experience working with Sales Force.

I worked with several National Accounts with Manpower for job placement with corporate recruiting. My first account that was given to me took Manpower 3 years to get the contract established. This account was my baby and I had great success with them. I was sent an email by the CEO and my National Account Manager for my great success that I had provided the company. This recognition was not just here locally in Colorado but Nation Wide for my client. This included providing the company with great quality employees to meet their staffing needs, great comtnunication with hiring managers and working closely with their Human Resources Department to ensure that there were no gaps with the hiring process.

In my past I received numerous awards for my successes in Sales and Recruiting for being able to maintain my Sales and Recruiting metrics monthly as well as my retention. I was giving an award by a Jones International University in front of the entire staff and my peers for being consistent with my Sales and Recruiting. In November 2012 I received an award for having the most sales and recruitments on my team after being on maternity leave for 3 months.
