Follow-up the implementation of staffing plans to determine the requirements of human resources in accordance with the selection and appointment

Follow-up all the subordinates of the leaves, and others, in coordination with the HR Department and Administrative Department

Preparation of the annual evaluation of his subordinates and adopted in a timely manner with an indication of the necessary recommendations.
