Present job responsibilities
• Handling complete internal and external recruitments.
• Understanding the requirements thoroughly, and successfully recruiting professionals as per requirement.
• Sourcing and Searching of CV’s from Job Portals (naukri.com, monster.com).
• Mass mailing to candidates.
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews and Screening of candidates.
• Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates with clients.
• Follow the candidates till the time of their joining.
