Customer Service Representative Texas Molecular

Daily duties are varies and include coordinating with the customer and transporter for pick-up and receiving of bulk or drum waste (scheduling). Create work orders, print manifest and labels. Update and maintain customer and shipment information for in-house system. Receiving, reviewing and updating profiles and profile re-certifications for waste streams. Preform detailed communication with Customers, Generators, Venders and Transportation facilities to maintain shipments. Problem solve off-spec loads and rejections with customers, as well as handle daily manifest discrepancies. Work closely with Account Managers. Multi-tasking under pressure and maintain excellent follow up skills to provide timely contact with customers. Coordinate Railcar transportation for loads using Union Pacific website and maintain waste profiles. Strong attention to detail and comply with knowledge of DOT, manifesting, and TCEQ Regulations. Provide outstanding work ethic, presentation and knowledge to the customers on the telephone and during plant visits. Provide On-Call services after administrative hours – accepting calls from plant operations to contact a customer or answer questions, providing customers with 24/7 access to TMDP. Provide exceptional Customer Service daily.
