Practicing attorney for thirty years in Richmond in civil and criminal litigation at trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Engaged in Corporate and Commercial law, Employment law, Intellectual property, Franchise law, Commercial and residential real estate, Injury law, Family law, Workers Compensation, Wills and estates, Legislative drafting and lobbying and Private mediation.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE- 1985-1989

Managed operations of multi-unit food franchise, strategic business planning, budgeting, implementing business hardware and software solutions, management training and recruitment, organizing captive insurance company, planning and implementing marketing plans, loss control implementation, regulatory compliance. Supervision of over 500 employees.
