Wages and salary Administration (Creation of Attendance Muster Roll, Wages & Salary Register, Extra Time Payment Register, Leave updating, Bonus & Incentive etc.

Responsible to complete all the liabilities of Labour Welfare, P.F. & ESI (Creation of challans Monthly & Yearly Return of PF, Half Yearly Return of ESI & Quarterly Return of Labour Welfare).

Managing and arranging the requirement of staff & Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process.

Statutory compliances via ESI, PF, Under the Factory Act., Shop and Establishment Act. And other Govt. authority.

Social compliance.

Polices formulation and implementation as when required.

Arranging the different – different type of training & development Programmers in the organization. As Labour awareness, Firefighting, internal audit, Risk assailment, First Aid training and scheduling all of the internal audits.

Responsible to maintain the General Administration like Public Area, Security & Cafeteria.
