Managed manufacturing site inspections for all equipment and checked site inspection reports (e.g. EMERSON, ABB, Rolls Royce). Designed tender packages including Progress Measurement System and invoicing procedure for AGIP NCOC Water Treatment Plant and AGP SCADA Telecom projects. On AGP pipeline/Compressor Stations (800 M USD) and AGIP NCOC Water Treatment project (61 M USD) recovered 20% of invoices at a very early stage.
