-Responsible for all aspects of staffing, recruiting, hiring, training and development,

process integrity and employer brand management. Responsible for employee relations,

legal compliance including I-9, OFCCP, WOTC, Good Faith Efforts, succession planning,

required legal employee and managerial trainings, overseeing an effective performance

management process and implementing pay and benefits program.

-Responsible for being a business partner with store leadership in order to drive results

-Played imperative role in creating and implementing an employee engagement strategy

to take a store from lowest to highest engagement results consistently for 10 years.

-Responsible for total performance of the store in all aspects of the business including

achieving sales, margin, net profit and shrink goals.

-Responsible for overseeing all of the daily operations of the store. Manage the store’s

employees, including hiring, firing, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning

duties and responsibilities.

-Responsible for maintaining the overall culture of the store and to ensure the staff also

represents and embraces the company’s culture and goals.

-Oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store as well as implement

the marketing, advertising and financial strategy dictated by upper management. Regularly

review the daily weekly and quarterly financial data of the store to ensure the store and

staff are meeting their financial obligation.
