Managed several significant SPAWAR, and third party, production contracts for the RD 433/SSH Recorder Reproducer, used for SATCOM data storage aboard the Navy's surface fleet.
Managed several follow-on contracts for Mass Memory systems for the TRIDENT Submarine's Integrated Radio Room, (IRR).
Prepared and implemented Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECP) to develop and manufacture solid state disk memory / controller emulators. Provided technical support for the manufacture of Magnetic Disk Memory / Controller systems. Designed and developed a degassing system utilizing high Vacuum / temperature for Disk Memory component cleaning techniques. Resolved product technical problems, both internal and at shipboard installations.
Prepared and proofed Functional Test Procedures for Servo Modules and other components for the manufacture of Navy Shipboard and Submarine Weapon Fire Control Systems.
As Technical Director of the Signal Data Printer program, which provided a printout of the mission training results for Boeing Aircraft’s SRAM Missile, was responsible for its redesign and successful performance of all specified requirements.
As project engineer for the magnetic media reader, a Point of Sale label reader, for Toys R Us and Sears, provided technical support to in-house Operations, and at customer installations.

Performed electronic flight systems debug and test aboard the Navy’s P2V-5 and P2V-7 Neptune ASW patrol aircraft. Included HF, VLF, & UHF Radios, APS Search Radar, ECM, MAD equipment, ASW Sniffers, and so on. Required 2nd Class Radio Telephone FCC License for communications with the Briar Summit installation in the Burbank/Hollywood Hills. Completed 14 weeks of intensive training for this assignment in a Navy funded program at Lockheed A/C.

Constructed a test stand for positioning the Lunar Excursion Module. LEM, within a vacuum chamber at White Sands. Developed techniques for vacuum seal installation in high differential pressure glands.
Performed friction testing on materials to be used in plasma spray applied to the internal surfaces of rocket engines for Rocket-dyne Corp.
