This is to confirm that Mrs. Rosemary Awuor Okore has worked for us for 9 years from September 2002 to date.
Rosemary has been an active member of the staff and has been fully involved in all school activities, both within school hours and outside them. She is a well organized and reliable teacher, who has developed a good relationship with all children and parents.
Rosemary’s role was on an equal basis with the Head Teacher as far as dealing with the children went, such as: introducing new children to the environment, taking groups with all children at once - either to start or end the day, or spontaneously creating a group when she saw the moment called for one, presenting work to individuals, following up presentations, keeping records, repair and maintenance to the equipment, first aid application, singing and story groups as well as other language activities and all other subjects.
During all these years, Rosemary has been handling different age groups at different times and she proved to manage her position well. She has worked with the following age groups 5 – 6, 4 – 5, 3 – 4, and playgroup respectively. Rosemary has a quiet and calm nature with the children and is kind and considerate in all that she does. She has worked with children with special needs and deals with and plans for each child accordingly.
Rosemary has taught, planned and assessed the British National Curriculum, and Pre-school learning goals. Her long term and short term planning is always detailed and thoughtful. She has kept up to date records on children’s progress and difficulties selecting examples where needed. Rosemary is always willing to accept new ideas and constantly looks for ways to improve.
Rosemary has been a well respected member of staff and she has a valuable contribution to the success of the school. I have no reservations, therefore in recommending Rosemary for any future work with the children.

I am equipped with knowledge in Early Child Development in Montessori System of Education and have experience in working in a Montessori school. I have also experience working in a British curriculum school. This makes me an accountable, accurate and a person who is attentive to details of things which affect children and our environment at large and children can be empowered for them to develop themselves using the resources available. I am passionate about serving and working with children and directing parents to help their children where necessary. This work is the source of my happiness. As a role model I am using my passion to touch a child’s heart by making a difference in his/her life positively. I believe change is the only thing that is permanent hence I easily adapt to change in modern technology and always ready to learn new ideas.
