I was a speaker at the 7th World Congress of Environmental Health Officers. I have been involved throughout the State of California with the majority of biosolids producers seeking solutions to issues they are faced with. I have been in Sacramento numerous times to testify in Senate Committee as an expert witness on wastewater/biosolids issues. I have been identified as one of the leading water wastewater and solid waste experts in the State of California. Worked with Lauren Fondahl, EPA Region 9 administrator, lectured with Dr. George Tchobanoglas, Professor Emeritus U.C. Davis. I have done seminars in Anchorage, Alaska, Seattle WA. I have had over 200 employees that I managed worldwide with offices in Seattle, London and Helsinki. Our major projects involved recycle programs throughout Europe in the 1980’s long before it was introduced to the U.S.A. I am presently working on obtaining new waste stream permits from the California Integrated Waste Management Board for a 4,000 acre solid waste landfill in California. Consultant to Assemblymember Hannah-Beth Jackson, Chairperson, Assembly Select Committee On Coastal Protection and Assembly Bill AB 885 Performance Standards For Onsite Septic Systems, and AB 560 Stormwater Runoff Pollution. Presently working with the Washington State Recyclers Association and their new E-Waste project that has been implemented. Susan Thoman from Cedar Grove Landfill is spearheading the Association. I have the only solid waste facility permit issued by California Integrated Waste Board in the last 15 years issued to a landfill that I am part owner. Leading international expert on composting, food and green waste recycling, CD recycling and organic compost.
I am one of the leading fund raisers in the West. I am very involved with support operations Board of Trustees member for the Tacoma Lutheran Home. I am very involved with the Tacoma Rotary 8 Club and their fundraisers. I am presently involved in the campaigns of Mark Lindquist, Pierce County Prosecutor and Arthur Jack Emery District Court Judge.
