Oversee staffing, budgeting, logistics / traffic management and employee relations for the shipping department and warehouse.

Oversee daily operations, reporting stats, including raw material and finished product inventory. Assess for improvement opportunities. For example, led a project restructuring the warehouse layout for improved logistical flow to rotate stock as first in, first out (FIFO). This resulted in decreased warehouse loss by 20%, increased production cycle times by 10%, and increased loading efficiency by 25%.

• Assurance of the best quality raw materials, helping new raw material suppliers formulate specific quality specifications for AAC on the western part of the USA, at the lowest cost in order to manufacture a superior quality product.

• Design the best possible layout for the manufacturing process in order for the machinery to fit in a preexisting building ensuring a streamline quality production and logistic feasibility. Traveled to multiple AAC machinery manufacturers world wide to ensure and compare the best machinery fit for Aircrete America Company, saving the company millions of dollars in the process.
