Managing 5 main customers (Lulu- Carrefour- Sultan Centre – Al Meera – Al Fair).
Following a category of Gluten free powdered drink, Italian beverage.
Building a professional relationship with all customers from different level (Department Heads, Section Managers, Supervisors and stockers.
Following listing of brands and new brands with every customer.
Following a daily routing plan taking into consideration the sales by customer.
Ensure the displays and the routine of FIFO and the eye level and the customer flow in order to ensure the sales achievement.
Collecting the daily LPO’s taking into consideration my daily routing matching the ordering schedule and deliveries.
Working on the shelves within a great strategy that was provided by the country operations manager.
Following the payment and the collection of cheques as per the payment terms and meeting with the account department in every outlet in order to assure no litigation.
Attending the daily briefing and the weekly & monthly meeting with the sales team and country manager in order to have the follow up the sales & the target.
Preparing a daily report for my line manager about the daily activities for our competitor promotions and activities.
Setting a forecast of sales with my line manager for all the order to assure the availability of stock.
Ensure the sales of near expiry items.
Facilitate the receiving of our delivery at every customer outlet (receiving department)
Working closely with the country operations manager by achieving a great growth of sales and margin.
