Summary of HR-Administration: -

Maintain of Employee P/File/documents and HR/Finance Data Management.

Payroll managment- Providing payroll provision to finance for leave encashment, performance bonus, LTA, Flexi, all additional inputs components etc.

Checking of variance in payroll and ensure correction of the same.

Additional payments/deductions like salary advances, bus deductions, medical reimbursements, joining bonus, Notice pay – previous employer, gifts/awards, laptop deductions etc.

Consolidation and validation of payroll inputs received from BU-HRs.

Updating for new joiners compensation, Bank & PF details, investment declaration, Car lease, rent free accommodation etc.

Responding to employees, payroll related queries, Employees Advances & Recovery.

Provide any detailed reports for accounting, payment/ bank transfer advice, etc as per requirements.

Process the reimbursement vouchers on the designated date for all employees, issue payment advice for reimbursements and track reimbursement status of all the employees.

Manual Automation related activities by coordination with BPR team to make the auto process.

Development / Design of Various processes EMS/ TSMS/ ZFNF/SMS/SSD/EMT/etc. module.

Develop, extract, maintain and update key human resource metrics and other workflow management data such as MIS, Goal Matrix Report, Transfer and Attrition reports, etc. utilizing I-remunerate reporting tools on the HRIS database. (SAP HR).

BRD document preparation for various automation (EMS revamp, Separation portal, SAP-ZFNF module etc.)

Administration MIS/Weekly-Monthly tracker/Reports/meeting arrangement /mails /Online Customer applications/Phone calls and other sources for communication.

Leave management system/TSMS (Time sheet Management system)/Attendance (TP/Contact staff)/Shift Management, etc across the origination for Offshore & GEO.)

Haring process/Joining process/Full and Final process/Retirement process/Demise process/Absconding process/Termination etc.
