January 2019 to present Administrative Assistant, Willkomm Excavating & Grading, Inc. For this company I review and download bid opportunities for the estimators which are reviewed during the bid meeting. For this company I work with estimators bidding on Wisconsin Department of Transportation, municipalities and local concrete paving projects. I have designed a spreadsheet in Excel that helps in the bidding by allowing us to compare quotes from sub-contractors. Order all plans, assign new job numbers, create and maintain job files, maintain departmental job listing, copy projects and scan them an put them on our website. Reconcile the bid and coordinate pre and post job meetings, and compile required submittals and other project closeout documents as needed. I process the requests for bid bonds for all projects that we are bidding. I do the DBE/EBE paperwork; process all sub-contracts, certified payroll reports, pay requests, lien waivers and estimates. Along with this, I also file the entire Diggers Hotline requestS for which I am now certified to do remotely through their system.
