Supervise, and delegate all nursing home departments to run effectively and efficiently.

Administrator: Creekview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Rochester, NY)Jan 2016 to Dec 2017

Directed daily operations of 127-bed SNF providing a 42 bed, new sub acute unit, dementia & geriatric care. Improve, educate, and orchestrate the facilities survey performance TEAM, increased and enforce the importance of the daily census, so the facility could return to profitability. Resolved outstanding and current labor disputes and dramatically improved labor relations, with 1199 union members. Implemented and employ daily rounds program, for all administration TEAM members. Guided culture change initiatives to ensure values-based, resident-first focus, with emphasis on services, competence, safety and accountability. Implement continuing education, regarding DOH New rules and regulations, and survey results and staff accountability, and Training.

Was contracted to bring the facility back into compliance.

Develop, implemented facility closure plan for 350-bed SNF while maintaining daily operations and ensuring quality of resident care throughout closure procedures.
