Logistics Level

Documents preparation for shipment of various things like containers, electrical equipment, and related tools at international level.

Obtaining of COO, HS code for making packing list and Commercial invoice for the shipment documentation

Maintaining company vehicle documents including Insurance and Road permit renewal and managing vehicle maintenance etc.

Ensure relevant operational staff training is carried out, including First Aid and Health and Safety

To liaise with Landlord and building management company, maintaining appropriate records.

Support Business Manager in monthly reconciliation of petty cash, volunteer expenses, cheque book, credit cards and bank statements

To act as the first point of contact with external contractors, ensuring annual repairs and maintained checks are kept up to date

To manage out-of-hours staffing and weekend rotes with key holders to ensure adequate staff cover.

Monitor I.T and CCTV systems, ensuring maintenance when required
