Main Responsibilities/Jobs Assigned:

Installing and configuring operating systems and required Software’s.

Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s information security.

Network experience to include WAN, LAN, firewall, network switch technologies.

Ensure that the control room and all equipment is maintained satisfactorily at all times by managing the CCTV maintenance contract, ensuring that faults are remedied within the terms of the contract and holding regular contract management meetings to ensure contract compliance.

Supporting for all IT related problems and Network issue in order to ensure the smooth operation.

CCTV Installation and maintains in office environment and maintaining of data backup server.

Takes the lead of communication through different vendors of device and sensors, its configuration and integration to platforms.

Knowledge in complete operations of networking include design, cable pulling, patch panel installation, crimping, rack designing and installation, structural cabling, networking configuration and testing of connection.

Handles & Monitors Back Office Data, Live Data and Staging Data.

Handles update, ticket, enhancement & suggestion to development team.

Takes the lead of new installations for newer device and sensors to ensure the correct process of installation and train the installers/technician accordingly both on hardware and software.

Creation of Geo-fence for the areas and confirming it after the several live testing.

Prepares presentation of reports and features through Microsoft Office (Excel & Power point).

Operates TRAMIGO Geographical Positioning system and Wialon Tracking software, which entails monitoring and maintaining the system’s database.

Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions monitored from within the control room. Including the maintenance of daily logs.

Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.
