• Assist in the Office of the Quality manager & Clinical Manager as their PA

• Receives telephone calls and transfer to the relevant department

• Taking minutes during the meeting

• File and retrieve documents, records and reports.

• Operates office equipment’s such as fax, photocopy and scanning machines

• Records and distributes all incoming and outgoing documents

• Perform general administration as assigned by the Quality manager

• Administration of leave register, ordering of stationary and other office equipment’s

• Compile daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports.

• Ensure timeous submission of statistics to the Head Office.

• Organize and alert managers about cancellations and new meetings

• Receive incoming and transfer the outgoing to appropriate divisions

• Arrange meetings and bookings

• Monitor Patient Safety Register

• Conduct Patient Experience of Care Survey

Conducting Daily Patient Opinion Survey

• Sending out reminder of the meeting

• Booking for the venue, projector and Laptop for meeting, training and workshop

• Typing report, memo and any other as per requested
