I was mainly involved as an active and vital member of pharmacy department in the state of art pharmacy practice similar to experiences at teaching hospitals in the U.S.A. and Canada.

Pharmacy Service which include unit dose dispensing system, I. V. Admixture, Cytotoxic preparation, TPN Program, Drug and Poison Information Service, Unique Satellite Pharmacy Service and Ambulatory Care Services.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

-During the past few years, I was actively engaged in Ambulatory Care Services to supervise and coordinate various university pharmacies.

Supervised the work of technical, professional, and subordinate supervisors for the smooth running of a pharmacy.

Involved in producing, preparing and compounding prescription as demanded by a physician according to enacted practice of the profession, as well as the policies and requirement of the hospital, and make sure drugs prescribe dispensed accurately. Monitored dose and make sure patients are aware of how often the drugs need to be taken and possible side effects.

Engaged with teams, future focus, helping peoples, continuity of relationship, problem solving, innovative thinking, apply medical knowledge, interpreting laboratory values, collaboration and education with other professionals.

As a Pharmacy Supervisor have the responsibility of, make sure that everyone has the information and resources their need to get their work done.

TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIESE:

Throughout my pharmacy carrier, I had a mission and vision to train with high quality pharmacy practice training to foster the concept that the Pharmacist, Residents trainer will be responsible and accountable for optimal pharmaceutical care of patients and pharmacy staff.

Training program I developed aim to produce a pharmacist who will be able to interact effectively with the medical teams for safe and accurate and effective use of medications.

Teaching of maintaining competency in unique aspects of drug therapy for the patients for which they provide care, including factors related to the patients of all age groups (neonate, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics)

Make them responsible and accountable for provision of safe, effective and prompt medication therapy, trained them as a drug information resource and counseling for patients and patient family.

Developed therapeutic care plans, educating the therapeutic alternatives for achieving outcomes.

To ensure that pharmacists, residents and technicians maintain, and enhance their competency and knowledge through participation in ongoing and specialized training programs in various areas of Pharmacy expertise.
