Experience Summary: Mr. Atiyat has over 20 years of construction project management experience on hospital, schools, commercial and governmental building projects. He has proven skills in project consultancy and planning; and in negotiating, contracting and administering construction contracts. His professional career record is one of successfully performing in a variety of project roles in supervising subcontractors, in developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control plans, and in providing project and construction management services.

Mr. Atiyat has been responsible for preparing construction schedules, developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, preparing and presenting monthly progress reports, reviewing and approving shop drawings and procuring subcontracts. • The Salboukh Compound is a sophisticated $500 million 158,000 square meter expatriate- style residential community incorporating integrated lifestyle planning and modern oriented architecture with flexible features for a variety of households protected by a militarized perimeter security system. When completed the Salboukh Compound will have many unique features including a full service clubhouse, retail spaces, athletic facility and a variety of housing units including apartment buildings, and attached and detached villas; all supported by stand-alone infrastructure systems including water processing and waste water treatment. As Senior Project Manager was responsible for supervising subcontractor works; conducting meetings with owner and government agencies; performing site inspections to confirm project

progress; reviewing project documents for completeness and coordination; assessing subcontractor labor force and equipment resource levels; and prepared monthly project progress report. • (2011 to 2013) Jordan Schools Program-Phase IV, Package 2. Funded by USAID, Amman, Jordan: This fast track one-year project involved constructing 12 schools and renovating 120 schools in the northern, middle and southern regions of Jordan with individual school project budgets ranging up to

$160 million. Work included landscaping and new parking lots. Major project challenges involved resolving property limit and right-of-way issues. • (2009 to 2011) Health Strengthening System, funded by USAID, Jordan: This program involved building new hospitals and renovating obstetrics and emergency room departments in government-run hospitals. Each hospital project involved constructing from two to four hospitals, with each hospital project taking eight months to complete. o Enadia Way Elementary School, Westhill, CA, ($10,787,000): Project involved new construction, expansion and modernization of the existing building.

o West Covina High School, West Covina CA. ($11,287,000): Project involved new construction, expansion and modernization of the existing building and facilities.

o Highland Library & Environment Learning Center, Highland, CA ($3,692,000): Project involved new construction of a 50,000 SF (estimated) library and learning center facility. Work included installation of the electromechanical works and landscaping.

o NE Campus of Los Angeles City College, Los Angeles, CA ($38,582,000): Project involved new construction of a 70,000 SF (estimated) academic building. Work included landscaping and a new parking lot.

o Costa Mesa Police Facility Renovation and Expansion ($18,194,000): This multi-phased project involved constructing two new police personnel parking lots, major electrical, mechanical, and plumbing renovations, and extensive alterations and seismic retrofit to the existing buildings.

o Natatorium, Valley High School, Santa Ana, CA ($400,000): This heated indoor 50-meter "Olympic-sized" swim facility offers an enclosed sun deck, separate dressing areas and a one- meter diving stand.
